You can create a PawPing account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Simply download the app from the App Store, open it, and follow the onboarding steps. The sign-up process takes less than a minute.

Yes! PawPing supports multiple pets on a single account. You can add as many pets as you like from your Profile tab. Switch between pets easily from any screen using the pet switcher at the top.

PawPing uses your device's GPS to track walks in real time. Simply tap "Let's Go!" on the home screen, allow location access when prompted, and start walking. The app tracks distance, duration, calories burned (based on your dog's weight), and plots your route on a map. You can view weekly and monthly summaries with charts.

From the Home tab, tap on any meal card (Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner) to log what your dog ate. You can search ingredients and track calories. To set up a personalized diet plan, go to the Meals dashboard and tap "Set Up Diet Plan." Enter your dog's weight and goal (maintain, lose, or gain), and PawPing will calculate a daily calorie target based on the RER formula.

Go to the Vaccine tab and tap the "+" button. You can add records for vaccinations, deworming, and tick & flea treatments. Enter the vaccine name, date given, next dose date, and vet clinic details. You can also use the built-in camera scanner to read vaccine label information automatically via OCR, and attach certificate photos.

Yes! From the Vaccine tab, scroll down and tap "Export Health Report." You can choose which records to include (vaccinations, deworming, etc.) and generate a PDF report that you can share with your vet or save for your records.

The Find tab uses your device's location to discover nearby pet services including veterinary clinics, daycares, grooming salons, pet stores, and outdoor spaces. You can filter by category, view results on a map, and tap any listing to see contact details, address, phone number, and website. You can also save your favourite vets for quick emergency access.

Yes, your data security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies. We never sell your personal information to third parties. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

You can request account deletion from within the app by going to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email us at pawpingsupport@gmail.com with your request. We will process account deletions within 30 days, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
